BBC! Apologise and censure reporter Orla Guerin for this shameful report.

As leaders from the world over arrived in Israel to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz concentration camp and paid respects to the millions of Jews murdered, the BBC politicized the coverage with a shameful report by their reporter Orla Guerin. Ending her report with images of Holocaust Memorial, Guerin chose to inject a venomous line to her journalism, and one that was entirely unrelated to the topic by saying of Israel, the host for the memorial: ‘For decades it has occupied Palestinian territories. But some here will always see their nation through the prism of persecution and survival’

This report comes after a wave of antisemitic attacks on Jews in the UK and just before the International Holocaust Remembrance Day. Politicizing the most catastrophic event in the history of the modern history of the Jewish people is not just poor taste, it carries with it an undercurrent of a bigoted and hateful agenda.
